Two islanders were dumped during Thursday night's dramatic episode of 'Love Island USA.'
Fans were tasked with voting for their favorite couple earlier in the week. 'Love Island USA' host Ariana Madix revealed the results of this vote Thursday, and the bottom three couples were left vulnerable.
The safe boys then had to decide which of the three girls to dump from the villa, while the safe girls had to choose the guy they wanted to dump.
