New “Stranger Things ”Diner Experience in NYC Celebrates Show’s 10th Anniversary

Bucket Listers announced that it’s bringing Stranger Things: The Dinerto New York City

The Netflix hit has previously released themed ice cream and pizza products
Step off the streets of Manhattan into Hawkins.
Bucket Listers announced on Wednesday, Oct. 7 that it’s bringing Stranger Thingsto New York City with a limited-time diner experience.
Stranger Things: The Diner, set to open this fall, will feature themed food and beverages, photo opportunities and exclusive merchandise.
Each ticket to the 90-minute experience comes with a $10 food credit.
A description for the diner teases, “Experience Hawkins in a whole new way as you step into unforgettable scenes from all five seasons of Stranger Things. Explore fan-favorite moments brought to life. But be warned, rifts can appear anywhere, and you never know when you might find yourself crossing into the Upside Down.”
The description continues, “Please note that once inside, normal environmental conditions may no longer apply. Unusual sounds, flickering lights, airborne spores, and unexplained phenomena have all been reported. Proceed with caution. The rift will not be open for long.”

Derek Berry, President of Experiences at Bucket Listers, praised the hit show as “one of the most recognizable worlds in entertainment.”
Berry stated that the event company wants to give fans “a new way to experience the beloved story.”
“We can’t wait for New York to see just how strange things can get once inside,” he said in a statement.
Tickets for the experience will be available only at Bucket Listers.

The diner announcement comes amid the show’s 10th anniversary.
Stranger Things debuted in 2016 with an ensemble cast including Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Noah Schnapp and Joe Keery.
Stars like Sadie Sink, Maya Hawke and Jamie Campbell Bower joined in later seasons.

The hit show aired its fifth and final season in December 2025, after which fans began to heavily speculate about a bonus episode. While an additional episode never came, the franchise continued in 2026 with the animated show Stranger Things: Tales from ‘85.
The sci-fi series also spurred a play, Stranger Things: The First Shadow, which premiered in London in 2023. Two years later, the production came to Broadway, where it is currently playing until Jan. 3, 2027.

Stranger Things has previously delighted food enthusiasts with themed ice cream and pizza products.
Surfer Boy Pizza, inspired by the fictional pizza chain in season 4, was released in 2022. It was then re-released in 2025 ahead of the show’s final season. The latter lineup included Hawkins High Cheese, Palace Arcade Pepperoni, Starcourt Mall Supreme and Hawkins Lab Combination.
In 2023, the Emmy Award-winning show released a line of seven ice cream flavors inspired by the Scoops Ahoy ice cream shop featured in the show. The frozen treat debuted with four flavors including: U.S.S. Butterscotch, Triple Decker Extravaganza, Chocolate Pudding and Cinnamon Bun Byte.
The franchise has also teamed up with McDonalds and Burger King for special themed products, including the Upside-Down Whooper.
