After stirring the pot on social media, Lisa Rinna is debunking the rumor that Colton Underwood stormed out of *The Traitors *reunion.

When asked about *Page Six*'s report claiming gay *Bachelor* alum Underwood walked off the reunion set after a dramatic exchange with Rinna, she's now saying the situation wasn't as intense as it sounds.

"I didn't see it myself," Rinna told *Variety*. "I saw him leave, but I saw other people leave too, to go to the bathroom and such, but it took a long time for people to come back. That I can share with you."

Rinna went on to imply that whatever went down between her and Underwood during the pre-taped reunion likely won't be shown at all, due to producers editing it out of the special.

"But let’s put it on the record, because they probably won’t air it, right?" Rinna told the outlet. "I said, 'Colton, I have a question for you: What did you mean when you said, 'I'm going to take her hostage?'' That's all I said. And that spun him out."

However, according to *Variety*, a source who was at the taping claimed that Underwood "did not storm out or spin out at any point." *Page Six* also reported that Underwood leaving the set happened during a planned break, and he "returned to the set after getting some air and drinking water."

When ** asked Rinna's fellow *Real Housewives* alum Dorinda Medley about the rumor, she claimed she didn't "remember" that happening.

"He didn't walk off set. Who said that? Unless I missed something," Medley said. "I swear to God, maybe I'm wrong, but I don't remember any walk-offs. You have to tune in and see. I guess *I* have to tune in and see, because I was in the back row just thinking, 'When is this going to be over?'"

Rinna and Underwood's onscreen feud began when he correctly suspected that the *Real Housewives* alum was a Traitor. As a Faithful, Underwood declared to the camera that he was going to hold her "hostage" by revealing his suspicions to her, and promising to protect her from getting banished at the Roundtable if she didn't murder him. She turned him down, and he ultimately helped banish her.

Rinna then stirred up drama with Underwood after filming ended when she called him "a stalker" in a post on Threads on Jan. 23. Rinna's post seemed to refer to the restraining order filed against Underwood in 2020 by his ex Cassie Randolph (who won his season of *The Bachelor, *before he came out as gay), who claimed that he harassed her and put a tracking device on her car.

Speaking to EW after her exit aired on *The Traitors* (before the reunion was filmed), Rinna revealed she didn't know about Underwood's past when they were filming the season.

"I knew nothing about his past. But I am not here to do anything to hurt anyone or make it worse for someone, because I've had that happen for me and it's really rough when social media is turning on you," Rinna said. "And I didn't want to be part of ... even though, listen, if you ask me to be a Housewife, I'm going to come at you however I'm going to come at you. And guess what? He got what he asked for because I definitely showed up as Lisa Rinna, the Housewife. But I didn't want it to further put gasoline on the fire."

She added that she's "fine" with Underwood now, because "at the end of the day, it's a game."

"His past is his past," she said. "It doesn't have anything to do with me. So there it is."

Speaking with *Variety* after the reunion taped, Rinna said the drama between her and Underwood is "silly."

"I never meant any harm," she said. "Hopefully, we can all have a kumbaya moment."

A representative for Underwood told *Variety*, "Lisa has always been privately kind to Colton, which makes some of her public behavior all the more confusing — it doesn’t match their private communications, and it seems like she’s trying to manufacture conflict that doesn’t exist. Colton feels incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support he’s received from the cast."

Speaking to EW before the reunion was filmed, Underwood said he was looking forward to seeing Rinna again.

"In regards to Lisa, I think what I would tell her is just it was an honor to play against her," he said. "What a fun opportunity. I know I pushed some buttons by calling her a Housewife. I now know she's so much more than that. She's a great competitor and was, in my opinion, one of the best TV nemesis. I had so much fun going against her, so I would just say it was an honor."**
