Emily Ratajkowski shared a glimpse into her sun-kissed summer on Instagram.
The 35-year-old model posted a photo dump and included a snapshot of herself posing in bed, completely naked.
She captioned the post, “the summer i finally read ferrante (it’s all i want to talk about),” referring to the Italian writer Elena Ferrante.
Emily Ratajkowski is sharing a glimpse into her sun-kissed summer.
On August 13, the 35-year-old model posted a photo dump on Instagram and included a snapshot of herself posing in bed, completely naked. The image was collaged with another photo of her wearing a black-and-white polka dot dress with a scoop neckline.

She captioned the post, “the summer i finally read ferrante (it’s all i want to talk about),” referring to the Italian writer Elena Ferrante. Elsewhere in the carousel, Ratajkowski included a photo of herself in a red string bikini with a copy of Ferrante’s novel The Story of the Lost Child.
The My Body author also included a photo of herself lounging on a boat in a mismatched bikini featuring a red-and-blue striped top and leopard-print bottoms. Her 5-year-old son, Sylvester Apollo Bear, also appeared in a few images.
She shares her only child with her ex-husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard, whom she married in 2018. She later filed for divorce in 2022, and their separation was finalized in 2025.

In a June 12 essay for The Cut, the Gone Girl actress opened up about being a single mom.

“Being a New Yorker made being a single mom feel sexier,” she wrote. “Bohemian. Or at least that’s what I told myself.”
She continued, “I wasn’t driving a minivan to the grocery store; I was carrying my stroller up stairwells and yelling at loud neighbors through the apartment wall while still wearing my miniskirt and eyeliner from the night before. Erin Brockovich of Canal Street.”
Nearly a month after her essay was published, Ratajkowski announced her second book, which would be titled the same as her essay, Motherfucker. Her debut essay collection, My Body, was published in 2021.
According to the forthcoming book’s logline, it’s “an examination of modern female identity through the story of the author’s own efforts as a newly single mother in New York City to discover what really constitutes a good life for a woman.”

Alongside the book announcement, she captioned the post, “book no 2 here we go :) 🐧.”
