Amanda Kloots will have her late husband, Nick Cordero, with her everywhere she goes.

The 44-year-old TV personality shared a meaningful new accessory made from Cordero's ashes.

"I used some of my husband's ashes to grow this beautiful diamond so he could be with me every day," Kloots wrote on an Instagram video on Thursday, June 18.

Showing off the ring from every angle, the widow highlighted how the black diamond turns blue when it catches the light, making it feel like "pure magic."

Kloots grew the 5-carat, emerald-cut black diamond over the course of a year with Eterneva, a company that turns ashes into diamonds, and designed the meaningful tribute ring with EF Collection Fine Jewelry.

In a video from EF Collection Fine Jewelry, the designer notes that they purposefully used a setting that would allow the diamond to rest directly on Kloots' finger.

"The stone is set so it always touches my skin, and Nick's initials are engraved on the bottom—a beautiful reminder that he is always with me. ❤️" Kloots wrote in her Instagram post.

Broadway actor Cordero died in July 2020 from COVID-19, leaving behind Kloots and their then-1-year-old son, Elvis.

During his 90 days in the hospital, Kloots rallied an online community behind her family, praying for his recovery and uplifting one another each night.

Since Cordero's death, Kloots has been open about her journey navigating grief while raising her son as a single mother.

"There have been some times where he has gotten sad where we're talking about Nick, and he says, 'But Dada died,' " Kloots told PEOPLE of her son Elvis in 2023. "And then he'll get very, very sad, which is heartbreaking as a parent, obviously. Because in a way, I haven't had yet to deal too much with Elvis' grief."

She continued, "It's coming, and that'll be a whole new layer for me and my grief and helping him get through that and understanding that. So that's coming up for me. I know it's not probably too long away."
